• Where is the store based?

• What is your shipping cost?

  We have a flat rate of $2 shipping on all USA and Canadian orders. International orders are $6 usd's flate rate per item.

• Do you do combined shipping?

  Yes, we do.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely!

  In this case the shipping will be a little more expensive because the item must travel a longer way.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

• Can I pay in other ways than Paypal?

  Yes. Honestly, Paypal is (for both us and our buyers) the safest, easiest, and most convenient payment option we offer. But, if for any reason you wish to pay another way, we also take concealed cash.

• How Can I Care For My Nails? Are they Reusable?

  If used with care the nails are reusable. Nails can be easily applied with nail glue. Applying a top coat every other day helps to keep everything protected and in place. To remove, soak fingers in warm water until nails loosen. Then remove gently and set aside to dry.

  Please keep in mind that pieces are glued onto the nails so while you use them there may be risk of pieces loosening or becoming detached. This can be easily fixed by re-glue-ing pieces (preferably with super glue) or nail glue.

  To ensure the nails last you longer, be careful to not use them in any way that may break them. For example, do not use them to open things, or wear them to a karate tournament.

• Do you take custom orders?

  We do! Please send us a detailed message of what you would like so we can know what to make you. :)

  Because these orders are specialized, they may take a little while longer than other orders. We may message you back a few times just to be sure we are eye to eye on what you are asking. This will help us to give you the best product possible.

• The item I want is “out of stock.” Will it be relisted?

  Yes. All of our items will be relisted. If you would like to special order an item before it is re-stocked please contact us via the contact form and let us know what you would like. We will send you an invoice via Paypal to complete the transaction. Please keep in mind that this special order is a pre-order. When you place your order we may not have the item quite ready to go yet, and there may be a bit of a wait before your item can be shipped. We will let you know these details when you send us your request.

• What is concealed cash? How long after you receive it will my item be shipped?

  “Concealed cash” means that you send us your pay via post mail in some concealed form. For example: money in a birthday card. We are not responsible for what happens to your cash on its way to us. Please be sure that your cash is well concealed when you send it. As soon as we receive your pay, we will send out your item.

• How long will it take for me to receive my pre-order item?

  Please allow 4-10 weeks for all pre-order items to be completed and shipped out. Please remember that pre-order items are not typically “ready to ship” items. They maybe have yet to be made or completed when you place your order. Especially in the case of nails sets we may need to order extra parts to make your set.

• Can I cancel a pre-order?

  Yes. But we do not order or begin to make your item until after we receive your pay. If you wish to cancel your order after we have ordered your item or parts for your nails set, you will be required to refund us the money we spent on your order. Since the item was never shipped, you will not be required to refund us the pre-order shipping cost. This we will refund to you in full.

• Can I pay concealed cash for a pre-order?

  In case of sudden need on the part of the buyer to cancel a pre-order we do not accept concealed cash for pre-orders. It is preferable for both parties to use Paypal as it is more secure for refunds than sending cash via post mail.

• What is the College Student Donation Fund? How can I donate?

  -Every holiday season, between Sep.15 and Dec.15, Kawaii Kiss saves 30% of all its proceeds and donates it to two hard-working college students in need.

  -To donate please "click to buy" on the Donation's 'product' page, or message us with the amount you would like to donate and we will send you an invoice via Paypal to complete the transaction.

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
